Patient Advocate Profile

Become Part of Our Growing National Directory

Thanks for your interest in Greater National Advocates. We are excited to wake up the nation to the lifesaving benefits of Patient Advocacy. As a first step, GNA is gathering profiles and creating city-specific Patient Advocacy websites across the country.

These city-sites provide Patient Advocates with a platform to communicate with each other and inform local communities about their services. It costs nothing to join because GNA is financing this mission through charitable contributions pursuant to our status as a tax-exempt public service organization. To join our mission and help us chart the course for Greater National Advocates, please complete this profile form.
